It’s finally Finnies time! Here’s a reminder of the finalists – and how you can tune in
It’s a case of fourth time lucky for Fintech Australia’s annual Finnies awards, which are being held tonight, October 13, after covid outbreaks and lockdowns in NSW and Victoria saw them postponed four times.
From the original date in June, to July, and then moving it September in the hope that Sydneysiders could join the event in Melbourne, it’s full speed ahead with Melbourne unfortunately still in lockdown as residents of the NSW capital are just emerging, blinking, back into the world after 107 days under stay-at-home orders.
A record 290 entries were received across the 20 categories for the 2021 categories and this year includes a People’s Choice Awards for Emerging Organisation and Organisation of the Year.
The ceremony kicks off virtually at around 5.45pm on Weds, Oct 13.
