Tracey Warren is the CEO and Founding Partner of F5 Collective, an investment firm backing women in business. With a background in financial markets, strategy and venture, Tracey is driven by a mission to create generational change for women through economic empowerment. She is passionate about building the financial engine to help women succeed and dismantling the outdated systems that have long excluded them from wealth creation. Bree Kirkham has over 15 years of experience across operations, growth and funding. She began her career as a corporate lawyer in Private Equity before moving into tech in 2015, holding roles at ClassPass, Airbnb, and Uber across operations, growth, and expansion. In 2021, she stepped into venture capital, where she deepened her understanding of the challenges women face in accessing funding and support.
