Roisin O’Neill
Roisin O’Neill is the cofounder of Neoma, helping businesses overcome workforce risk by reskilling their own people into high-demand tech roles. Originally trained in pharmacology, diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and having lived in five countries, Roisin’s unconventional path shaped one of her core beliefs: reinvention should be possible for anyone. With a decade in tech recruitment, diversity, and workforce transformation, she’s supported some of the world’s biggest employers to build agile, inclusive talent pipelines. Formerly Head of _nology Australia, Roisin has led programs launching hundreds of tech careers, with a focus on potential over pedigree. She is driven by the conviction that the future of tech should be built by, and for, everyone.
