Rod McNaughton

Rod McNaughton is a professor of entrepreneurship and the Academic Director at the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Auckland. His expertise spans entrepreneurship education, startup advisory, and ecosystem development, with a focus on enabling research commercialisation and knowledge mobilisation. An internationally recognised researcher, Rod focuses on the early internationalisation of new ventures, issues related to their funding, and the development of entrepreneurial mindset and competencies. He is dedicated to developing entrepreneurial leaders, believing that entrepreneurship drives economic growth and societal change.
