Rob Hulme

Rob is an agribusiness executive with over 30 years global experience, including various senior operational roles in a long career with Bayer, and more recently as CEO and Group Director for The Boralis Group, an advisory firm scaling sustainable food systems and circular economy solutions across APAC. Rob also serves a Venture Partner for the APAC-based early-stage VC Investible, serving as a scout, advisor and supporter. He is skilled at identifying and growing emerging businesses who are working on solutions in food production resilience, processing and packaging innovation, waste, organic materials and water recovery. He comes with a range of experience in advisory boards, accelerators, industry groups and market entry programs. Prior to relocating to Sydney this year, he was actively supporting the Singapore Government’s food security strategy. His family continues to operate a mixed farming operation in southern NSW.
