Nicola Henry & Alice Witt
Nicola Henry is Professor and Australian Research Council (ARC) Future Fellow in the Social and Global Studies Centre at RMIT University (Melbourne, Australia). She has over 20 years’ experience in research on sexual violence in both international and domestic criminal justice realms with a focus on post-conflict justice (war crimes trials, civil society tribunals), rape law reform, sexual assault on university campuses and technology-facilitated sexual violence. She is currently working on an ARC Future Fellowship on the efficacy of digital tools and platforms for responding to image-based sexual abuse. Dr Alice Witt researches the exercise of governing power in the digital age, focusing on the intersections of regulation, technology and gender. In addition to contributions to edited volumes, her socio-legal work has appeared in journals such as the UNSW Law Journal, Artificial Intelligence and Law, and Feminist Media Studies.
