Melissa de Zwart is a Professor (Digital Technology, Security and Governance) at the Jeff Bleich Centre, Flinders University, and has researched and published widely in laws relating to the internet and digital technology and the domestic and International laws affecting the use of outer space for military and commercial purposes.
