Joel Cox

Joel is a senior associate at leading global business law firm, DLA Piper, who specialises in all aspects of fundraising law and M&A transactions for technology companies and investors. He acts for clients across the full lifecycle of technology companies, including start-ups, emerging growth companies preparing for IPOs, accelerators and incubators, entrepreneurs, ASX-listed companies, multi-national companies and VCs. Joel is particularly interested in assisting early stage companies with what lies ahead as they develop (which he knows from his work with listed and multi-national companies) and with helping entrepreneurs and corporates seeking to invest and acquire early stage companies.
