Gabrielle Slonim is the Founder and CEO of Knowing Me, a tech platform designed to centralise, connect and streamline an individual’s disability support information for families and the entire support team. Currently studying Occupational Therapy and holding an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Gabrielle brings a deep understanding of the sector through extensive experience in both volunteer and paid roles, including her work as a support worker. Her commitment to supporting families and innovation drives her mission to create more holistic and effective solutions within the disability space.
