Edward is Senior Associate at Greenwoods & Herbert Smith Freehills, where he advises corporate clients on the tax implications of transactions – including raising equity and debt. Thanks to an earlier career as an accountant, he also helps clients prepare tax aspects of financial statements and financial models for the purpose of securing funding.
