Charlotte Gupta Carissa Gardiner

Charlotte Gupta is a Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Central Queensland University, and part of the Appleton Institute and HealthWise research group. Her research focusses on sleep and nutrition, with a particular focus on shiftworker health and safety. Dr Carissa Gardiner is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Australian Catholic University working within the Sports, Performance, Recovery, and New Technologies (SPRINT) Research Centre. Her research focuses on sleep, substance use, and recovery.
