Ben Liebmann

Ben Liebmann is the founder of Understory, a boutique consultancy specialising in media and entertainment, hospitality, and culture. Founded in Copenhagen with offices in Sydney, Understory’s clients include FOX Entertainment, BBC Studios, Two Good Co. and acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs René Redzepi, Jamie Oliver, Rosio Sanchez, and Richard Hart. Ben is also Executive Producer of Omnivore, the AppleTV+ docuseries with René Redzepi, filmmaker Cary Fukunaga and global studio Fifth Season. Before launching Understory, Ben held key roles with Noma—five-times recognised as the world’s best restaurant— and global media companies Shine Group, FremantleMedia and Warner Music Group. When not working, he can usually be found at a restaurant or concert with his wife and daughter.
