Aaron M Lane

Dr Aaron Lane is a Senior Lecturer in RMIT’s Graduate School of Business and Law and a Senior Research Fellow in the RMIT Blockchain Innovation Hub. Dr Lane is a regulatory lawyer and an expert in the relationship between regulation and innovation. His current research focuses on the legal and economic implications on blockchain technology with RMIT’s Blockchain Innovation Hub (the world’s first social science research centre into the economics, politics, sociology, and law of blockchain technology). He has advised Australian and international governments on the regulation of blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
